Yes. Our first conversation is completely free and no-obligation. We'll talk about your goals, your situation, and whether I'm the right fit for you. No pressure at all.
What areas do you serve?
I'm licensed in Washington, Oregon, and California. Most of my clients are in Clark County WA, the Portland metro area, Camas, and Vancouver WA — but I work with buyers across all three states.
Do you work with veterans?
Absolutely. I'm a US Army veteran myself, and VA loans are one of my specialties. I love helping fellow veterans use one of the most valuable benefits they've earned.
How long does the mortgage process take?
Most loans close in 21-30 days from application. I'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific situation and keep you updated every step of the way.
What documents do I need to get started?
For our first conversation? Nothing. Just come with your questions. When you're ready to move forward, I'll walk you through exactly what's needed — typically income verification, bank statements, and ID.
